  3. In Cartesian coordinates, this problem is a 🐻 Bear. In POLAR 🐻‍❄️coordinates, because I know lots of ways to draw the curve of a Circle with cleverly devised Polar Equations, I can readily make Short Work of this problem.

If I showed you how I go about solving the Goat Problem, and how I use both Polar Equations and Polar Graphing when performing my solution, then you, Mr. Host, would come away saying...
