  1. A really good mathematical debate began when Georg Cantor, in 1874, published a research paper introducing Set Theory. Immediately, the concept of Set Theory was hotly refuted. However, by the time the 1970s rolled around, computer languages had Set Theory data structures, and Set Theory operations, built in.
