Over and over again, based upon my own encounters with CITY police officers, the impression that I always get is that their REAL job is to maintain the public perception of HIGH property values on ONE side of town, while simultaneously maintaining the perception of LOW property values on the REMAINING sides of town. In other words, cops aren't cops.... they're REALTORS!! On one side of town, without even being summoned to a scene, they instantly show-up and RUN OFF anybody who they think looks like a bum, while letting absolutely anything happen on the remaining sides of town (...no matter how many residents call the police.)

  3. Here in NYS, I have had city police officers tell me that, whenever they request to see your ID, you have to present it, because, according to them, some Supreme Court ruling says so. Can somebody tell me what Supreme Court ruling the officers were referring to?
