  1.  @ChillhopMusic  Bet they don't take kindly to outsiders coming in, like Skeeter in South Park. It does look like the place someone might go to downsize and become semi self-sufficeint, but then is it? There are many other places like that in the USA. Education may be key, but it's a Red State so until they figure out they're better out from under the GOP it looks like they'll stay poor
