  1. The UK has six Type 45 Destroyers which can possibly knock missiles out of the sky. Some might not be able to put to sea though. Besides, it's pretty expensive to develop an anti-ballistic missile, or buy someone else's, and we narrowly voted to become a poorer nation a few years ago, so we can't have such things.
