We just crawled out from under the grasp of a psychotic, reality TV show host turned homicidal U.S. president only to let a sitcom actor pull Ashton Kutcher pranks and punk the entire state of Illinois? He's hoaxing his hoax, leaving law enforcement nervous and passive. He should have been charged with something else for yelling out the 'threat' that he's of such sound mind that if/when he's injured in jail, they (Illinois) did it to him! He's used aggression, intimidation, and innuendo to humiliate our legal system. He's a deplorable, manipulative criminal, and his blatant disregard for anyone but himself is shameful! And his family's actions have further proved the wealthy, and privileged think they are above the law. Let's start with teaching him some humility, while in his 6x8.
