  1. The former marine fucked up. He was not reasonable at all. Obviously he has no idea to execute a proper choke, or a rely wound have been out in seconds then u restrain. You don’t keep the hold on long afterwards. Very reckless

  2.  @MH-ro1lg  I dunno where you are hearing that. ? Mr Neely did not need to die that day, there was other options for the marine to consider, in restraining the victim. This whole thing was blown wayyy out of proportion.

I see one woman playing on her phone standing next to them while Penny is doing the hold to Neely. Bottom line is regardless of neely’s past, there’s no reason he should have died that day

  6.  @Dpsnadress  I’m with you on this. I’m very skeptical. Untill we see more evidence etc.. during the trial. I just don’t buy into this whole story of Mr Neely being this scary boogy man. Where a 24 year old kid comes up and puts in a choke fir 15 minutes

With the chokehold, it sounds and looks like Neely is saying something don’t want to speculate too much, but looks like he’s in distress, that’s for sure Then you can definitely see his body go limp, while penny still has the hold on place for sometime after
