  3.  @123duelist it’s not common sense for someone to put you on a choke hold and it results in your death…. Jordan Neely was a 100 pound homeless person, that you could have easily subdued with 2 people by not putting him in a choke hold. No one actually feared for their lives that day. In fact the train was stopped doors open and Oenny still had him in that hold. The whole thing was ridiculously blown out of proportion and now Mr. Penny has to live sith blood on his hands who has killed a human being. I hope Neely family sues the pants off of him.
