  4. Yup pretty much. Theyll never admit that the state have a very crappy case. Most of it is all fluff. At this point i would be very surprised if jury finds her guilty. I t would be shocking if they did to be honest.

  5. By Kim taking the stand. I just really cant see it falling apart. What her defense team build so far. Even when she gets examined by the pros. I really cant see it being to damaging. Im sure she is very prepared and has been ready for awhile to talk.
