  16. Is the relative humidity truly solely, when speaking of the air properties, to blame? I mean with that high of air temperature and at 25% RH, its absolute humidity (actually measuring the amount of gas water molecule per weight of dry air) can be higher of that Sahara air compared to airplane air, which have comparatively very low temperature. Now, I do not claim to understand how the air properties affect our tongue/tasting sense, but what I am saying is the Sahara & airplane air comparison sounds so useless, it doesn't really explain what's so different about the air inside the plane. Why not just compare it with the air in a normal building or, even better, an actual restaurant?
