  2. i remember that, worse than if not as bad as what you've heard about the policing in the United States, you should avoid at all cost from getting involved with the law enforcement in Japan if you are a foreigner. They're relentless in giving punishments, as indicated in the video to their own citizens. I think it was mentioned in an articles/videos I've seen about the Renault-Nissan former CEO's escape.
