I've reviewed 100's of resumes' and SOOOO many times when we are in a face-to-face interview and I ask detailed technical questions on the accomplishments they listed, NOT just some skill they listed, many, MANY times they bumble through it because they lied to make themselves look like a "better" candidate.

  2.  @Jay-kk3dv  There's "polishing" to make it look better (like your car) then there's taping a cardboard tube onto your trunk and telling everyone it's a jet engine.
