  2. Here's a recipe to FIX the problems: 1. vote Conservative 2. get TOUGH on crime, and when I say tough, I mean VERY TOUGH !! In jail? Great, you work 12 hours a day, hard labor, on a chain-gang, picking up trash, cleaning the city sewers, planting trees, whatever. I guarantee, yes GUARANTEE in 5 years the bums will be gone and Portland will look like a paradise again.
