The students involved in the assault on the innocent bakery owners & workers need to be taken to court and held responsible as well!!
15
@Willie Murphy: you mean the out of control rioters? I agree. They're letting them get away with Burning, Looting and Murdering!!!
13
Wrong, they need to feel the pain of criminal charges or share the financial pain of the civil case.
13
@laurier3348 if they're "woke" they are.
11
@jcschweiz9562 $36 million is too low in my opinion. should have been a $360 million judgement to make a point.

@firepower7654 maybe you can't get blood from a turnip, but you can grind it into dust. FWIW, I'm not talking about the students who shoplifted, I'm talking about the students who slandered, libeled and protested the bakery for FALSE racism claims.

they could have applied for permits for a large gathering. they could have gotten the streets closed for a big event and done it all legally. they didn't. noone can blame this woman for this flash riot.
4
@Joe James: exactly how simple are you? if I punch you and you punch me back, but someone only shows a clip of you punching me what does that look like? do you know what was happening to this woman in the moments leading up to this? were there already people yelling threats at her? throwing things at her car? trying to bust the windows out to get in? you're knee-jerk reaction makes you look foolish. I bet you saw 30 seconds of the covington kids on MSNBC and sent them threats.
3
@Tanga Z: I'm more sick of the burning, looting murdering riots in our cities!
3
don't jaywalk, don't riot and you won't get run over. how's that?
2
why should she "go the other way" more than the rioters should have "cleared the street?" Jaywalking, blocking traffic, harassment, threats & intimidation and threats of violence are ALL already illegal. The "protesters" (and I say that in jest) were already breaking multiple laws when they attacked this woman. I 1000% support the right for the people to march & protest, but it has to be done correctly. There are ways to get permits for large gatherings and to close streets so that things can proceed in an orderly & SAFE manner. These rioters did NONE of that!!!
1
@emiliochervoni9264 you make ZERO sense and you blame the victim! Here's what you just said: that woman should not have worn that short skirt. did she see the men? she should have turned and gone the other way. if they began to touch her she should just wait for the cops. that's literally the example you gave us!! How about this: whomever is breaking the law (and started it first) is in the wrong!
1
@semperfi-guy yes, that was a WONDERFUL day! but why did YOU mention race when I never did? I'm criticizing the movement.
1
Oberlin professors were DEEPLY involved in the organization of the protests and they also used university copiers to mass-produce the libelous posters. Oh, was the professor ever terminated for either mis-use of university resources or for costing the university millions of dollars for a false campaign?
1
Distinguished history? Oh pluh-eeeeeeeeese. These wokies are the most vile & disgusting people on the planet. The second Oberlin started tipping left they flushed their "distinguished history" down the toilet.
1
Hey NBC, you audio engineer needs more training. I can hardly hear this!
1
Get woke, go broke! I only wish that the award was $360 million and not just $36 million.
1
If I was attacked by a mob of rioters I'd gun it too. Nothing wrong with trying to flee!!
1
@_________. yeah, it would be a shame if mysterious fires began burning at random Oberlin buildings.
