  3. When someone makes a copyright/privacy claim and it gets overturned they should get a strike. 3 strikes and they are forbidden from making further claims for 60 days. 3 more strikes and they are banned for 120 days, 3 more strikes and these people making phony claims get a 1 year ban.

  4. If you start calling everything you don't like "piracy" than the word piracy will lose meaning. Ad-block blocks the things I don't want on my computer from showing up on my computer. Don't give away content in hopes you'll get donations (or make money from ads or clicks). If the content was good enough or in high enough demand you could charge for it up-front. How many people actually send money back to the places that send you the free sheet of return address labels?
