  7. It won't. The main danger is public transportation, where you, while working each day, get exposed to hundreds and thousands of random persons. On May days russians would typically gather on picnics with family or with their friends, or just going to their summer cottages, hence intersecting with those, who the're communicating anyway.

Picninc with family - you sit with them in the same flat anyway, so no new people contacted. When you're talking about "parties", you demonstrate cultural bias and misunderstanding. "the place the administration can control over the protection measure" noway they can control physics. You put people into a bus or subway car - you get infection spread. You can't "control it" - if you prohibit or limit people using public transporation, you also have to free them from work, otherwise how the hell would they get on place? That's where you need days-off.

Third, the holiday among these days is 9th of May, which is Victory day, when people commemorate fallen and such. Parties? Nope.
