That's what happens when you hide from a war.

He was a great leader. No one can replace him. Our country is doomed.

Keep striking. Strike yourselves out of a job like the Miners. Have you learned nothing?

Look, when the people at the bottom get a pay rise, it increases the pay of everyone in the organisation. It will then spiral to other strong unions leaving some people very poor. Seeking a pay rise now is detrimental to the fortunes of this country. The Unions are only doing it to oust the Tory Party, union leaders having massive salaries themselves. I was a Coal Miner and we did it in the 70's and 80's, and yes there were a few lower paid people but we squeezed the system until we had money beyond our dreams but it destroyed the economy and the government were forced to act. The government know whats coming this time and are prepared to prevent wage rises at all costs, even the destruction of those industries

The NHS is too big, a monolith of huge proportions. Staff have become lazy through lack of control, as happened in all previous state run organisations. Steel, Coal, Education, Transport, BBC were all inflicted with the same malaise. Even after privatization it was the same staff with the same attitudes that spoiled the industries. Now we see greed rearing its ugly head again in those industries with staff numbers large enough to put pressure on an already stretched economy. How strange that these industries are the ones that are, or once were, nationalised. The answer is simple.

Just a load of greedy people using their union strength to grab more than the rest of us. The NHS is too big, a monolith of huge proportions. @vivalaleta You won't be saying that when the power goes off and candles are £20 each

@casperwallace9685 Why would they care? They would just wait till everyone starved. They waited a year for the miners to starve themselves back to work.
2
Russia can't even beat Ukraine, so why should Europe worry? Europe could soon be very big, with lots of oil and gas.

We all need therapy for commenting here on YouTube. I doubt if there are any exceptions because we keep coming back for more. We're like those people in Tron or Jumanji, trapped forever by our own egos in a false world.
2
Yes we'll get through it but they will all have muscled their way to more pay and we will be even poorer.

Are you an American traitor, or Russian mafia.

I'm with you all the way. Bring back Boris

Shocking but necessary.

@olican101 No. It is gig because it is badly managed, and we keep taking in too many foreigners.

He was the best man for the job. Now watch everything go down the tubes. Watch and laugh.

This is a story straight from Shakespeare. Evil generals planning to overthrow their leader, then they stab him to death for the power and wealth of his title. Lets see who turns out to be 'Macbeth'.

@Andrea Falstead Because all the dummies are doing it.

@chefroud2415 Profits going down or not, the government can't let pay rises happen.
1
@clouddog2393 That is unfortunate. The overall heath of the country's economy must come first.

He will when the washing machine parts arrive from Italy.

This is a cheap trick to get support. Labour always blame, but never have any solutions. Its nobodies fault except perhaps the Chinese for releasing covid, the war in Ukraine and a world recession. Is she stupid?

The Scots again. Can't we send them all to Rwanda?
1
Well aren't you the smart one.

Is Labour doomed to infighting now? Labour has lost its direction to a point where it can't be redeemed. It has tried to be a party for all people but has become a Party for none. Its MPs are no longer idealists, but self centred greedy power hungry fools fawning to Royalty and ignoring the faults of our outdated medieval class system.

@petermartinaitis8166 Yes, some spent the money on beer and a flash car. I bought a house and saved any spare money.

@brendan2415 Yes, some spent the money on beer and a flash car. I bought a house and saved any spare money.
1
@johnholmes8178 Not a chance - the Unions will have to accept the new laws.
1
@Cronhour That was a different issue at different time
1
@maxisussex Yes this is the preamble to privatization.
1
@46FreddieMercury91 Because they haven't had the pay rises yet, obviously. The government will prevent any further rises.

They must stand firm as they did with the miners, even if it takes years.

@cassiesmith6468 Boris foolishly gave the British public lots of money during and after Covid. Whoever takes over will have to claw it all back to save the economy. Things can only get a lot worse from now on.

Labour rent a mob again. This is an absolute disaster for the Tories. The majority of the population still believe Boris is the best man for the job and most will turn against the Tories in an election. Whoever takes the power will have to claw back the money that Boris generously gave to the public during lockdown. The people now fighting for leadership are the main cause of this mess, None deserves to be Prime Minister.

@laxjs Same will happen to Britain if Labour gets in. (or 'Sunak the knife')
