The civil United States Government people have use Constitution Words for “National” is not in the Constitution; the Words are: United States; There are 3 Class of Words: civil, Constitution, military; civil people in the Government have to use Constitution words where as military people can use all 3 Classes of Words; There are 2 Class of people: civil (Left) or military (Right) The civil has always tried to Controul the military but in the end the civil always loses; Why I am saying this is the Government; United States (Federal), State, City are all military Offices with civil people in them this is why the United States is in Chaos; it is the military that brings Order;
