It is a Crime to be a not Republican Opinion Person in Government as establish by the Constitution of the United States; Article IV Section 4 is “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;” Republican and Form are proper nouns which can be a Thing (citizen, military, Opinion, race, religion, and on the Right); there is not Republican or Republican and Article IV Section 4 says “a Republican” not “a not Republican”; A not Republican is a criminal or a “Democrat”;
