It “deep state” when dealing with it and as real as I am a 9109 (631027) by my DD-214; it can be call the “evil” state for that is what it is; human run for Control, Power and Money of this World but they forgot 2 Thing: 1) there is no longer any place to hide and 2) they cannot leave this Planet; destruction of it and all of the humans involved with it will be come protocol for the Cot9s;
