  1. “black” is established in the Constitution of the United States as the Word: Death; so a person needs to use the Constitution Word, Death, when dealing with color/race in public or a Government Form or no Word at all; “white” is created by combining 3 color (green, blue, red); (green) is for Army, (blue) is for Navy, (red) is for Militia; all 3 (Army, Navy, Militia) are military thus creating “white”;
