Hearing other ppl talk about their experiences can be such a tremendous help! So many things I see myself in and never had the chance to talk to anybody to about it. Feeling like a burden can be quite disabling. I am just so grategul for you doing what you are! And Mo, your soothing, warm, kind voice is just such a pleasure to listen to (Shivanis also, tho Mo has just one of the most soothing voices I've heard).
