I didn't know that the NHS had a service in Gaza, This why there is such a massive waiting list for the NHS, these people should be doing the job that the taxpayers are paying them to do, instead of going on holiday to Gaza,

@Galaxy50018 flattery will get you nowhere, i don't care about the reason that he is traveling around the world, but I do care that he is not doing his job in Britain, it's time that Britain started looking after the British people first.

@danyabushwereb4165 well it's great that some of the foreigners are actually paying tax, but it's still won't pay for all the ones who don't, which is about 100% of the people crossing the channel.

@IlovemyGOD3 I never said that, I said that the NHS have massive waiting lists, because of people like this, if they were doing their job in Britain, instead of traveling the world, the NHS would be in better shape.
