From observation of their behaviors, I seriously believe that common leopards, and tigers, are smarter than lions.. And I don't know where people get that lions supposedly run at up to 50 mph, with no proof whatsoever.... When lions were actually measured with a speed gun, and seem to run no faster than up to maybe 35 to 36 mph, while... Also, American lions were probably the biggest of all cats....

@Vexinsight -Nah, they did a test using a speed gun, with wild lions, and the lioness only came up to 32 mph, while a male tiger came up to 39 mph, and tigers actually have bigger brains....

@Vexinsight -I know that in both species the females actually are faster, but they have been tested with a speed gun.... And a male captive Bengal tiger came out faster than a female wild lioness.. While brain size wouldn't normally matter, but since they're the same type of animals, it probably does...
