Keep in mind this information if you do not know how the US leadership actually leading on foreign policy.

Including also the US military allies. The US authorities are also threatening in writing with reprisals for releasing this information. Everything that the US foreign policy leadership says is a lie. In reality, the United States is acting exactly the opposite.
