Hope your starting to feel better bud.

The best CB shops all started up in the early 80's but most were long gone before the end of the decade. Guess its mostly all online now other than Ham radio shops.
4
These products are just getting better and better Good video bud.
4
The golden years were some good times Lewis but there were plenty of idiots that came on and ruined it totally. :-(
4
Nice looking radio. I wish they would provide a program cable though. Good video bud.
4
Woah 75 miles
4
Its odd they did not tune them to PMR for the UK. Maybe they wanted more channels stored on the radio. Pity because for the price they are a total steal.
4
Thanks for the info on the freq's. I have to be honest i hardly ever turn my scanner on. All i get are aircraft and London buses.
4
Its different for sure. Not sure if i want one but i can see its gadget appeal. Great video Lewis.
4
Pity they are not WiFi. Ive no issue with Network radios and your channel was the first that i heard it from.
4
Another well thought out video Lewis. I think this is a great addiction to the radio hobby.
4
Love these secret type videos Lewis. Nice to learn something.
4
I ve read a fair bit about this bug. Whats a great story. Pesky Russians LOL.
4
Cheers lewis the LED one made me crease up LOL

Once again such a clear display on that radio. Audio is also spot on.
3
6 watts on UHF is pretty good.
3
That is so small. Amazing.
3
Looks like a great mod.
3
Yeah seems about right. My stepson got some Action Man watch radio's a few years back. They did transmit and receive but the speaker was so small you could not make out any audio. Pity the other one did not work to see if they would receive. Nice review Lewis and a nice retro look Casio on the wrist as well mate.
3
It lives. Cant believe it came back to life.
3
Baofeng were one of the first affordable DR radios. I still think they are good value but others are catching up. Good video buddy

Nothing wrong with a Shed Shack. Main issue is dampness during the winter. Even being 100% waterproof inside metal surfaces / objects can suffer condensation due to temp changes so you will have to keep it slightly heated and vented. A couple of solar panels on the roof / batterys and a 12 volt inverter could sort out your power. Unless you have a proper loft conversion with windows etc loft shacks are a nightmare to keep the temp balanced. Too hot or too cold etc. Anyway the shed will keep you busy. Nice video.
3
Wow a video a day. Lewis have you taken early retirement. :-) It looks plenty tough like it would stand a drop.
3
Another interesting vid Lewis
3
I like that display. A really different idea,
3
Very good audio from the Yaesu.
3
Its no looker LOL. I think i agree with you that the 888s is hard to beat.
3
Used to hear a lot of pirate stations when working in London in the 80's. Not so many now.
3
Well done on the 10k mate :-)
3
Well said and all sadly true Simon. UK FM CB still attracts a certain type of football yob culture with grown men who like nothing better than to show the world every swear word they have ever learned since starting school in the 1970's. I am lucky to have found a great group of mature guys who are willing to spend time on SSB. Most of them are Hams who prefer to hang around on 11 meters.
3
LOL thats a huge flashlight extension. Nice review bud. Hope your well.
3
Looks a solid build. I think more for the commercial market but maybe for all weathers like fishing etc.
3
Another one for the collection mate
3
There still pretty uasable. Amazing how things have moved on.
3
I like the simple design of this radio. I think you can pretty much do away with the display and not loose a thing in function. Nice video Lewis.
3
Not seen this radio before. Seems a new make every week. Cannot knock the cost at which they can knock these out. Good video, sound and lighting spot on.
3
Wow that is real old school. Solid though.
3
Looking forward to part 2 . You going to look inside. Its very well made. Ind quality. Great video bud.
3
Great demo using the radio Lewis. Where these scores is for people who cannot put up a antenna but they can join in radio groups. They are very social. The 4.5 " screen is a bonus.
3
I never knew you could save messages or review received messages when you came back to the radio. I personally think it adds to real radio. It wont replace it but is another string in the bow of personal communication.
3
They were crazy days. We are all old now but still like a chat. Used to be about hot local girls but now its gardening and aches and pains.
3
Great point. Most China radios come with test freqs which are all over the bands.
3
Some awesome drone footage on this one Lewis. Your pretty much a pro buddy.
3
Always liked the look of the GT-3
3
10 Watts is impressive
3
Its looking very GOOD mate. That should make a great man cave. Well done.
3
That's impressive Lewis. Its a nice little radio. How is the battery life.
2
Once again great audio on that radio. I assume the pulsing blue buttons is due to the camera. Nice video bud
2
Never would think of something as simple as a inch of cable. A great result and massive relief I would imagine.
2
Looks great. Almost like lab equipment.
