Bologna Process- is an intergovernmental agreement between EU and non-EU countries, DOES NOT HAVE THE STATUS OF EU LEGISLATION. Since the Bologna Declaration is not a treaty or convention, there are no legal obligations for the signatory states, participation and cooperation are VOLUNTARY. - I have the feeling that you knew that already and just trying to sell some old fashion disinformation and misinformation online.
