Let me tell you a small family story. In 1944 after the ww2 ended the Russian army with tanks on ours streets started a small "cleansing". My grandpa and 2 of his brothers were deemed rich and possibly leaders of our village. They were taken with guns to their heads, shoved in a train for animals and deported to Siberia. We still didn't get their bones back to bury them in the family crypt. Left behind was grandma and her "oldest" daughter, aunt Ann. Ann was just 10 years old. Both were raped repeatedly by multiple Russian soldiers. Aunt Ann put an end of her life, the trauma left a huge scar on a 10 years old girl soul Tell me again about "safety"!

  5.    those guys in Mariupol if they are not pulled out by the Ukrainians or at least airlifted ammo (both close to impossible) are as good as dead ... If they surrender they will be tortured and drain of any info, if they survive the torture they will end up in some gulags in Siberia. My grandpa and 2 if his brothers were forcibly deported after the ww2 in Siberia, we couldn't get even their bones back. Deportation to Siberia is worse than death. You are such a Westerner... You have no idea what Eastern Europe went through for decades after ww2

The civilians they are hiding with them in the factory will have it the worst. Women and kids will be raped, men will be killed. That's the Russian way. That's what Russia did in every war, even after the war ended
