You ignored the second half of my question because was uncomfortable and this we are discussing here -access for landing in French ports 2. MFN clause of WTO is not applicable here, cupcake! MFN would be applicable if France would give that kind of access to another 3rd country WITHOUT A SPECIFIC DEAL and then they would have to do it for you too, for Congo too and for the Russian trawlers which are plundering the Scottish waters right now. Where have you been for almost 1 hour? You called your FSB supervisor to help you with the hard questions? 😏

The courts will take years...you want to try? The rest of little Englanders want to try too? Are you the designated spokesman? The French will not try to fish in your waters although they bought fair and square those quotas and now you put your hands in their pockets. You and your gov are thieves, maybe the navy should do something about that

  12.  @Martyntd5  oh dear! You forgot you must pass through customs procedure and paperwork, you know, WTO and all that. French won't make a custom border in every little village port for your benefit. You'll land your fish in your ports, get the proper certificates, get your custom paperwork, pay the VAT in advance (yeah, like any 3rd country in EU), pass through those beautiful unprepared borders on your side, pass through the French custom borders (working Monday- Friday 8:00 - 17:00) and then you can sell your fish with WTO tarrifs anywhere you like.
