@SophiaWorks in my country there are specialized highschools for different trainings. We have medical highschools training for paramedics and nurses so at 18 you are coming up with a specialised highschool diploma

@user-ou4yc5ur4z indeed! I think most of the European countries have specialised highschools. Lots of the people going in a specific higher education sector have the knowledge structure already in place from a specialised highschool and the free of charge (or almost free of charge) higher education is helping our young people, no matter of their financial situation, to grow and help society.

@josesanta414 these people have to pass through training and tests done by the Ukrainian army. If they pass then they get hired in and by Ukrainian army with the documents to attest that. Their 'amazing' salaries as employees of the Ukrainian army are around 450-500 dollars per month...I wouldn't say they are mercenaries as the Wagner's are paid in few thousands dollars per month.

@Stonedgod710 Wagner is paying well enough when they are the apex predators in the environment (like the 💩they are doing in CAR and Mali) and their victims don't fight back...this time they bit more than they can chew
