  2.  @Sweet-Rat-Milk  you are wrong because the evidence for this type of case is acquired locally by the prosecutors of the wronged state. Iraqi government didn't came to the International Court with any evidence... Who should have done that work??? Me? My grandma? The Ukrainian prosecutors????

  3.  @Sweet-Rat-Milk  Russia isn't a member of ICC either, that didn't stopped the Ukrainian government to do it's job... At some point the governance might change and the perpetrators might face a long delayed justice.
