It was Putin's excuse for a colonial war to bring back the Chechens under Russian boot - it doesn't matter what this woman "believes". She can believe whatever she wants... Over half of the Murican population believes in angels, that doesn't make it real. -talking about Minsk agreement - the agreement reached was that the Russian state and non-state actors retreat from Ukrainian territory and go back behind their borders. Russians never even begin to implement it! And if you start talking about agreements then maybe start talking about Budapest Memorandum when Russia signed that they recognise and respect Ukrainian borders... We all saw how they did that in 2014 and 2022
