  8.  @duncansmith7562  cupcake no country is beyond the point it can be saved. Your country was a ruin after ww2. London was 70% a ruin. Poland didn't exist for 5 years as the natzis and Soviets occupied them. My own country was invaded and occupied hundreds of times throughout history... You can't win over people that refuse to bow down to occupiers. Even if Russia would manage to occupy the whole country they are looking at decades of fights with the people they intend to occupy... That's the hard part when you can't even blink because the people you are trying to repress are waiting with a knife to put it in your throat. Russians have no idea what's coming even if they would manage what they are actually failing.

Russia doesn't try to give the ethnics Russian a chance to live in Russia, for that they only needed to put up an announcement that their borders are open for the ethnics Russian people to move to Russia. Russia is killing the Russian ethnics from Ukraine in the highest proportion as I've heard from 3 families of ethics Russian refugees from Mariupol that I've hosted over the time. They leveled their city and turned it into a cemetery for ethnics Russians. The Russians did the same with Bahmut and Soledar, towns in majority ethnics Russian. It's not about protecting those people, it's about stealing land and gaining warm water ports, to give their lunatics more power. Well... They will first have to send the oligarchs sons and daughters at the frontline.

And when you talk about making Donbas more Ukrainian you should call Stalin to ask him why he did a genocide to make Ukraine more Russian
