  1. What ever is an "up market" area of London? I have been there. Old dirty city and the so called " up market areas" the houses are old and close together. No parking, no big lawns, no swimming pools, just dull as brickwork houses with their front doors less than 2 metres from the street, which by the way is crowded , jumbled and narrow. Nice city to visit but a pig sty to live in.
