@AdamWilberLikesBeer Only work FORTY hours a week ? ? Are you having a laugh? I dont know anyone who works more than 35 hours. So basically you are saying you spend 1/3rd of a 24 hour day working. Insane . . .

03:30 lame example. You went above and beyond. Fine. Let that be reflected in the price that you charge for going extra. You alone have control over that final price. Dont charge less then expect someone to toss money on top. That type of nonsense reasoning has traction only in the USA . . .

@rossmanngroup The wage of the guy who delivers a pizza to my door is not my responsibility. I have paid for the pizza, and most likely paid for delivery. The contract for payment of wages is with the delivery driver and his employer, (employer used loosely in this instance to mean the entity to whom the delivery driver is undertaking work be it full time, casual or zero hours contract) not with me . . .

@Scantronimus466 I specifically stated 'on my visits to the USA' so the others talking about spitting in my food also cannot read. I wont ever see them again nor they me. Thanks for taking the time to point out the obvious to those less mentally adept. You have more patience that I do ha ha .

@KevinJDildonik No you are the slow learner. Its not my responsibility to subsidise the staff's wages . . .

@turkeyman631 The rest of the world does not tip yet somehow they manage to have as many restaurants as there are cultures. Strange . . .

Whats different about making your food?

@Bingsolomon Again, the wage of the workers is not my responsibility. The contract for payment of wages is between the employer and the employee. I am a customer. Next you will be asking me to top up the workers pension fund 🙂 ha ha

@FrotLopOfficial I dont live in the USA. When I visit I would have had to work to earn the holiday. So you are correct, when in the USA I just dont toss monney away more that what's stated on the bill. If more is expected that should be the number that's printed.

@FrotLopOfficial Thats why it's all accounted for in the price that is charged. Simple! The USA is unique with your type of indoctrinated tip brainwashing. If I needed an emergency plumber/electrician/gas technician at 01:00 on the weekend for one of my rental properties you can be sure that the bill that I am going to be presented with will reflect that unsocial urgent call out. Nowhere else in the world will they charge me the 09:00 to 17:00 weekday rate and expect me to toss some more free money on top as a 'tip' ha ha 🙂 . . .

@FrotLopOfficial Well maybe it SHOULD be accounted for if its expected? But then if its not expected then what's the issue if it was not forthcoming? As I said only in the USA. You come accross as someone who does not have a passport. At least I have travelled widely and have a global perspective, was awsome to visit Death Valley in July. Have you ever stepped foot outside of the USA? (Mexico and Canada do not count 🙂 )
