Ukraine doesn't conscript women , only those with pharmacological and medical degrees are required to register for the draft (they haven't been called up) and would only serve as nurses . Russia is currently estimated to have lost 120k men with 200k wounded 3. Russia never could occupy the entire country. Russia has 0 right to anything east of Rostov . Fundamentally , it's a great moral crime that the city of Mariupol has a Russian flag over it
