  1.  @justamoroccandude2588  the soviets took over Afghanistan in like week . They were trying to do the same by quickly decapitating Ukraine in Kyiv . Even like RT posted an article on February 26 which said Russia had won but then it was quickly taken down.

  2.  @justamoroccandude2588  it had an ok army . But Afghanistan was decapited in Kabul quickly and the entire military collapsed . Noone would dare to do such an agressive move as gostomel . In the first wave they basically sent 200 guys to die
