@Tribalpotato we are the west ,why shouldn't we bother ? We must also realize the disparity in commitment regarding Ukraine , the west currently sends 0.3% of it's gdp and Russia spends 7% , if we spent 3% of our gdp Russia would go bankrupt or lose the war
the United states per year makes 10 million cars , Germany make 4 million , Russia only make 700k a year , The industrial production capacity is much greater than Russia. In terms of other equipment like aircraft the USA out manufactures both Russia and China combined
the manpower shortage is blown out of proportion , the Ukrainians have enough men to keep fighting (this country in ww2 mobilized 8 million men after a famine) .
Look the current war though , we just 0.3% of the western GDP Russia has been forced to crawl , In just the effort to take Avdiivka they lost 250+ tanks as per warspotting , even the smallest village needs a few battalions worth of men a couple weeks to fall . Russia is currently peacocking , they want to make themselves seem stronger then they really are .
Ukraine can handle the current war , it inflicts higher casualties on Russia and losses land at a slow pace , without western aid sure, they'll eventually lose , even with a kdr of 4 Ukraine as a percentage would still be losing more , but with western aid Ukraine has proven to be able to damage Russia very hard
