I mean , it's not like Russia is dashing from city to city in the past 2 weeks Russia has taken 66 sq km which is quite fast considering their average in 2023 was like 1 sq km per day (this is 4.7 sq km per day) , I think it's more of just not enough artillery and just Russia having so much mass they can overwhelm certain points forcing them to retreat
