  34. Any citations. The problem is more with doctrine . Western nations tend to put a lot of emphasis on the air force , USA outproduces Russia in that regard by a factor of 20 , in Iraq USA only used 60k shells during the invasion which took 5 weeks because the aviation did most of the damage .
