  1. USA has the industry. Unlike Russia , western artillery doesn't need to shoot a lot . Ukraine has been asking for tanks since the beginning of the war , they still have 50% of their tank fleet (considering as per oryx they've been taking out 4 Russian tanks for every 1 they lose ) it's quite impressive
