@ChillandVersatile that's a total non sequitur . If the baby truly has the right of a born human is miscarriage the same as negligence ? Again why does it start at contraception ? Why not a week after or before , why are we picking that arbitrary time ?

@DixonCider1234 ok but counter point . 18 is the accepted level at which a person should be an adult due the development of the person . meanwhile contraception is an arbitrary point just because we said so I mean if a scientist fertilises a human egg and a sperm outside the womb did he create life ? Is that experimenting on humans ? Again I'm not saying that any unborn isn't "alive"/"has personhood" I'm saying that at a certain point it is really just a clump of cells .

@DixonCider1234 miscarriage can happen for various reasons . Hell the mother could be a person who is exposed to radiation on a regular basis which would harm the child and the mother might not even know
