Even still an intercepted missile just happens to land structurally intact over a playground. Sure sure . But fun fact , there was no military equipment when the russians target apartment blocks in Odessa , there was no military equipment when the russians bombed a mall , three was no military equipment when russians bombed the city of Kharkov .
