  10.  @zemm9003  The South Vietnamese army was notoriously corrupt in the end the USA did end up winning by forcing North Vietnam to sign the Paris accords in 1972 , when they reinvaded the American public just didn't want to go in again the thing is that the USA is democratic country so if the president cannot just order his troops to go all out , because the USA always has the option of doing what they did to the natives again
