Please name just one country that would say "Sure, do your armed uprising, we don't care and we'll just watch". (Can you say "Chechnya"? Talking about Russian hypocrisy...) By the way, in just the first months of the full-scale war, more people died in eastern Ukraine than in the entire span from 2014 to 2021. Interesting way to "rescue" people - exposing them to an even bigger and more brutal war...
