Use your brain - 3 is half of 6, the cylinders are firing in the same way so a l3 will sound like a l6, same way a l6 will sound like a V12 because it's two l6s, same way a 5 cyl sounds like a V10 because a V10 is just 2 l5s. Learn how an engine works and you will understand why they sound similar, then again you may need extra support with that considering your learning difficulties.

  43. I didn't say a l6 is 2 l3s , I was explaining how they sound similar because the l3 is pretty much the l6 chopped in half. Most l3s sound like shit in day to day driving, indeed. But under load something like a Toyota Aygo will sound like a 6 cylinder. Also, the i8 speakers amplify the engine sound, not add fake sounds. The M3ish sounds you hear in the video are coming from the 3 cylinder engine.
