  1. Tbh recently I find it hard to bring myself to click on your videos - I don't see how one drag race (which has been done before anyway) warrants over 12 minutes of my time.

  2. Lmao I understand a longer video is better for ad revenue but I'd imagine the long term effect of this approach to be almost counterproductive. I used to watch pretty much every video you uploaded but I feel the simplest of things are made into unnecessarily long videos which makes me (and I'd imagine others too) reluctant to click on the video, especially with so much competition now. But you have the analytics, so maybe I'm just spouting. I just can't imagine the majority of your audience sitting through 12 minutes to watch a drag race, I see more sense in making 'to the point' videos more frequently. YouTube people are spoilt for choice, our attention spans aren't the highest.

  3. Fair enough, maybe I'm just naive because I only use YouTube and remember the days you had to be a YouTube partner to upload a video over 10 minutes long!

  4. The detail is what makes it Shmee - indeed, but it isn't necessary when these are two cars we've been taken through the detail of on enough occasions and all we want to see is who wins. Also, stop copying me.

  5. Absolutely spot on Jimmy. And yeah I'm pretty shocked at how touchy the Shmee comment section is lol I didn't even make a hate comment and all of a sudden and an army of instantly triggered children appear.
