  2. I'm pretty sure there was a time not too long a go when the warranty only covered 10 launches and that was better than Merc and BMW who voided the warranty if you used launch control. I wouldn't be surprised if the car is programmed to prematurely tell you the gearbox is too hot to avoid warranty claims.
