  2. Yes, so sad, that is why I hate cops, except for my cousin who is a cop or a cop I knew who was in therapy. I have white friend who was also put in handcuff by a cop dressed in civilian clothes/undercover. My friend did not do anything, and didn't even know that was a cop. They abuse their power in every country.
