I have voted Libertarian at every opportunity given since 1982 and will continue doing so until I die,.. but presently I fear that Libertarianism will be as disappointing to the world at large in the 21st & 22nd centuries as Communism has proven to be in the 19th & 20th centuries. Communists believe Cosmic Justice requires no one to suffer,.. regardless of fault. Libertarians believe Cosmic Justice requires no one ever being made to do anything at all that they don't individually consent to. Maybe Cosmic Justice is the wrong goal to seek because it is unattainable always in actual practice. Try to think seriously about the necessary universal prohibition on the manufacturing and prohibition of chlorofluorocarbons,.. and see I may well be right!

  9. @drf289  I have read many books on Anarcho-Capitalism,.. and not one that I've found addresses search warrants, much less my other questions. The best solution I've been able to imagine is an universal peer-to-peer social contract,.. and even this isn't ideal. I am more concerned with logical self-consistency that I am with absolute Cosmic Justice!

  11. @Dio Genes  My primary concern about search warrants is how do criminal investigators fish for information that they don't already have. Information isn't free or readily available. I note that no one wants to address the sincere question concerning chlorofluorocarbons; sorry to say this,.. but ultimately, violence is always the final determinate of outcomes!?

I believe Doctor Drew had some of the same concerns, but didn't know how to articulate them in terms of when does politics occur in an anarchist society. By the way.. for every anarchist out their.. I HIGHLY recommend reading James P. Hogan's Voyage from Yesteryear where an anarchist marxist libertarian near Utopian post-scarcity society beat off Statist attacks successfully three times. It's better than it sounds! It's a society where people trade in social status based upon voluntarily recognized merit and ability and basically competence! Not bad!

How am I wrong!! If you act like rabid animals, you get treated like rabid animals! Those who call for the Final Solution to be applied to others, have no ground whatsoever to then object when they find the Final Solution being applied to them!? None of this is what I want for anyone?!.. but there is justice, and then there is raw survival, for oneself, one's family, for one's race.
